Hello, I am Neo... 

Sybille cares for me since October 2021.

I am a boy, born around July 2020.

Someone abandoned me completely crippled with a fractured spine and many sores with maggots; I was severely emaciated and infected with a blood parasite; for luck, Rod & Jewells found me in a bush.

The Vet decided to euthanise me, but Sybille, Rod & Jewells chose to save my life.

I will never walk again and will always be incontinent.

But I am born as a wheelchair user to race with my friends.

Neo is a cheeky, greedy, chattering little man.
